The design of this boat is the intellectual property of the designer and is protected by international copyright.
The plans you have purchased are for your personal use for the construction of one boat.
Use of the plans for any commercial purposes, sale of or transfer to any third party is expressly prohibited without the permission of the designer.
The use of any part of this publication, reproduced, transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or stored in a retrieval system, without the prior consent of the publisher/author is an infringement of the copyright law and is forbidden.
Your respect for this law allows us to continue to develop plans and to share the information we collect.

We invest a significant amount of time and money developing our plans. If you purchase plans for use by several builders or sell a boat from our designs we are entitled to a royalty payment of $40 (1999) for each craft built, payable to the Bear Mountain Boat Shop. Thank you for respecting this requirement. It allows us to continue our work.
