Burnstown Boat Launch

No Champagne, but Burnstown Boat launch is still a success
A number of local boat enthusiasts hot together throughout the past year and put their talents to the test. The group put in some 350 hours, building their own canoe and/or kayak, and on October 22, met again at the Burnstown Beach to launch their watercraft. The group included Ez Valliquette, Larry Polk, John Collins, Al Witham, and John Humphries and Peter Bennett.
Above, all boats are out on the water of the Madawaska River for the first time and yes, hands are safely on deck. No one has sprung a leak.
