ORDERING and SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are placed on line using our secure server or by mail or phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, cheques, money orders and we now accept PayPal: Pay with flexibility - use your PayPal balance, bank account, credit card or debit card. PayPal is safer - PayPal's fraud detection and verification techniques are among the best in the industry.
Most orders are shipped within 1 day of receipt and arrive in 4-5 business days. You will be notified if there will be a delay with your order. Contact us if you require faster service.

Shipping is via UPS or Canada Post Expedited

Costs are calculated by weight:
Within Canada 1 -2 lbs. 9.50        2 - 5 lbs. 12.50
U.S.  orders 1 - 2 lbs. 13.00 2 - 5 lbs. 15.00
International shipments 1- 2 lbs. 27.00   2 - 5 lbs. 41.00
Kits, Cloth, and orders over 5 lbs. - Shipping costs for these items are variable and depend on the size and weight of your order.  We will advise you of any additional charges prior to your order being shipped, if required.

Shipping full length kits:

Description: strong cardboard tube is 18' long x 8" diameter - contents wrapped in plastic to protect against moisture - weight is 65 lbs.
Options for receiving a kit: can be picked up here in Peterborough or at Canadian Canoes in Mississauga - easily transported on vehicle roof racks.
Customs and brokerage fees- always in included in the shipping price.

Sample shipping cost (we always obtain a quote on each order and submit it to you for approval before shipping.)
US - $200 - $300.
Canada $150. - 250.
Europe - airport to airport $550. (VAT may apply)

Epoxy is shipped free to most North American addresses (If you are not elgible, you will be notified of an increase in your final total before your order is shipped)
